Warranty and Prices:
 

    - Any price quotes are subject to change.

 

    - I reserve the right to deny service to anyone

 

    - 30 day warranty guaranteed when the item is received

 

    - Any alterations not made by me voids the warranty

 

Payments:

 

     - I DO take payment plans!

 

     - need a non-refundable deposit for materials

 

     - 50% payment must be paid before I start on your commission

 

     - Late payments will result in a later completion date


Payment Plans:
 

    - Payment plans can be individualized

      (the usual payment is once a month)
 

    - Once a monthly date is agreed upon, payment plans may begin

 

    - I prefer that payment is sent in the least amount of time possible


Completion dates:
 

    - You can ask about having the suit completed by a certain date, but I'm not obligated to meet this deadline.

 

    - Deadlines under 3 months from commissioned date will result in a fee
 

 

Refunds & Returns:
 

    - The FIRST PAYMENT deposited is NON REFUNDABLE!

    (This is used for materials and once this payment is sent, consider it gone)

  

    - A refund will be sent if I determine that I can no longer complete your commission. 

 

    - Refunds may not be instantaneous upon request they are dealt with case by case

 

    - I do not accept returns!

         *** If payments cease and contact cannot be established, your commission will be terminated, a refund will                       NOT be issued of any kind and you are no longer entitled to the commissioned suit or materials***


Duct Tape Dummy Requirements
 

    - You must send in a duct tape dummy

 

    - A pair of shoes
 

    - DTD's MUST be taped back together before being shipped to me!
 

     - When make your DTD, Keep your arms at as straight as possible

         ***Tape as close to your arm pit as possible. Not doing so will result in lower mobility of your arms. I WILL                     NOT be responsible for ill fitting suits due to poor DTD construction**


Age:
    - All customers must be at least 18 years of age before sending any payments. If under 18, a parent or guardian         must make the initial payment.

    - Commissioners must be at least 14 years of age to commission a suit with the consent of a parent or guardian.            Should the commissioner be over 18, they may commission the suit themselves. Please note that if you grow               out of your fullsuit it is not my fault.

     - If the age written in the commission form is not correspondent to the client's actual age, I reserve the right to              cancel the commission WITHOUT REFUND and blacklist the client

 

 

 

Last minute changes:

    - I ask that you do not make any changes to the costume once the price and completion date are set.

 

    - Any changes made after can cause the price or completion date to change.

 

    - Please do not hesitate to ask about changes, as some minor changes will not affect the price or completion time.

 

     - Changes that will effect price and completion times include:

• added colors

• added detailed markings

• anything that requires new materials to be ordered

 

 

Shipping:

 

    - Shipping is NOT included in the price for any suit work.

   

    - I usually ship using USPS

   

    - I DO ship internationally

   

    - Shipping within the United States usually costs around $50.

       Your commission will not be sent until shipping rates are paid for.

Concept art:
    - It is required that a colored concept is provided by the commissioner. I am not responsible for including anything          that is not present on the agreed concept art!
 

 

Additional information:
It is the responsibility of the commissioner to pay close attention to WIPS to ensure you get what you want. If you need something changed, you NEED to tell me. If it could have been changed at an earlier stage shown in the progress pictures I sent you and you did not mention your disliking of any aspect you will need to pay a fee for me to change it

Please note that I don't make suits based off of other fursuit maker’s style.

I ALSO refuse to make copyrighted characters as it is illegal.


Contract:
   

    - Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including email, is a binding contract.

     (By buying a commission from me, you agree to all of the terms of service.)
